We’ll bring our showroom to you! We have samples of hardwood, vinyl, or laminate, and we’ll help you choose the perfect tone, texture, and pattern for your space. If you’ve already chosen a prefinished product, we’ll handle the logistics. If you’re going custom, our experts will help you explore endless possibilities.

Materials Are Ordered
Let’s order your materials and have them delivered to your door, ready for installation. If you are going with a prefinished hardwood, vinyl or laminate product you’ve already chosen but haven’t ordered, we may be able to get you a better deal thanks to our partnerships with trusted suppliers.

Installation
We use traditional European installation methods with state-of-the-art modern technology. We take Polish pride in our craftsmanship and apply our backcountry “leave no trace” policy to our job sites.

From chevron and herringbone to straight plane and custom patterns, our skilled installers can do it all, including floor levelling and baseboard reinstallation if needed.

Labour costs are product & pattern variable, ranging from $2-$3.50 per sqft.

Sanding
Our dustless system ensures the rest of your home stays clean during sanding since all of our machines are connected to vacuums to eliminate dust and debris. With our top-of-the-line system, we’re able to complete approximately 1500 sqft of sanding in just one day!

Staining
Pick a stain, any stain! The options are endless with One Oak true custom hardwood floors. We can mix and match directly on your existing hardwood floors so you can see how colours look in different lighting and rooms before you decide.

Finishing
Ready to sit back, relax, and enjoy?

We protect your hardwood floors using premium finishes that protect your hardwood from scuffs, spills, and scratches. We use premium finishes, including Berger-Seidle, Bona, and oil-based options. We’ll guide you in selecting the finish that fits your space and lifestyle.

Choose your sheen level: Matte, Satin, Semi-Gloss, or Full Gloss.
